Game Experience

Pros:

• "Loved the lab! Just made it out on time - one second to go!"

• "The first bit is cool, after that is like they just put together bits from war and pirates rooms. It just doesn't make sense and the theme doesn't follow through to the next bits."
• "While the site and room were wheelchair accessible it really wasn't 'usable' though myself and my son really enjoyed the whole experience, my partner felt very much redundant most of the hour."
• "I give four stars instead of five as some of the locks etc were stiff and didn't work right away, so you doubted that you were doing the right thing (just dodgy locks - maybe try a bit of wd40 please!)"

Staff and Service

• "The only issue was the touch screen TV didn't work properly so was difficult to complete."

• "Initial explanations are essential in understanding the experience. If this had been handled in an experienced way we would have enjoyed the day more."

• "Facility has a large waiting area which serves drinks whilst you wait or after you finish."
• "Amazing building and place."
• "The venue was easy to find, just a short walk from St Paul’s Metro stop."
• "Friendly and polite staff. Clean toilet. Paid parking near by - traffic wardens on patrol frequently."
• "Parking facilities are available nearby."
• "We got the train to the venue as there's no parking outside the venue so a bit of a walk may be required."
• "The guy who showed us round and acted as our game master Mark was great."

Cons:

• "I would have liked a drink when we arrived not just a small fridge on where we had to buy things for crazy prices like smart water."
• "When we got there we where really early and they have a separate room for you to wait in and have a drink and relax and wait for your room to be ready... A HOUR goes by of just waiting we where the first there and where last to go in we asked y because they said the room was ready and it was because our god didn't know we where there."
• "Too many assumptions were made that we were expected to be aware of...."
• "A load of rubbish, had booked for seven people, a month and a half before the Date... And am still waiting to be refunded.!!!!!"
