• "One fitter for the first 7 days, plans that did not even look like our bathroom, fixtures and fittings ordered incorrectly and told it was a 'typing error'."

• "Work started on the 9/9/19 and wound up on 25/10/19. I was allocated a fitter named Sean who made various errors, some of which were small. but he managed to install an unlevel bath which didn't drain, botched the cupboard door on the vanity unit and made mistakes with the electrics."
