Shopping Experience

Pros:

• "Great shopping venue, especially the free parking tower."
• "More or less, best place to shop for gifts or even just for yourself."

• "A wide range of shops and facilities which would normally give them 5 stars in my book. They however have only achieved 3 as no mater the time or the day the parking is always a nightmare."

Pros:

• "Parking is plentiful with disabled spaces and level access throughout."
• "There is parking indicators that tell you how many spaces are available in each car park which is very helpful."
• "Been here dozens of times after moving into a nearby estate. Loads of parking and importantly for us due to car size and a young kid there is loads of child spaces."
• "Access to Vue Cinema. Ample car parking areas external and under roof."
• "Parking is free and plentiful, and the curved layout of the site means that you can park close to the shops that interest you."
• "Toilets are easily found, clean and well kept and there is a kids play park set back from the main shopping area."

• "What to say about here not much no toilets for use n when asking shop to use one you get a no not happy in fact the only place was Asda so thank you Asda you did what others couldn't, it's a disgrace that all the toilets are closed no allowed to use or refurbishing no help signs anywhere for people to use the toilet."
