Shopping Experience

Pros:

  • "The change in St Enoch is refreshing. So many good shops and eating places. The best change is all activity based places now."

  • "It's got a great number of shops, although it's mainly fashion related."
  • "The St Enoch was for so long the poor cousin of Buchanan Galleries and Braehead, so kudos to the management as it is now wins hands down for vitality, range of shops and services, atmosphere and general upkeep."
  • "One of my favourite malls. All under cover so enjoyable even in winter."
  • "This shopping centre is smack bang in the city centre and it has some great shops (disney and hamleys toy shop), some good shops (game, social disorder) and a few you may never have heard of, but that's like anywhere you go."
  • "A nice selection of shops, easily accessible from the bus station."

Cons:

  • "OK, a lot of the shops are now empty but not bad for Christmas shopping food court has big selection and usually pretty busy."

  • "St Enoch just rubbish. Time they moved shops back out to the outside. More empty spaces here than anything."
  • "The former BHS and Debenhams end is practically empty. I guess the cinema makes things a bit better."
  • "The half where BHS once was is mostly empty."
  • "Used to be an excellent centre but at the moment, not a lot of shops in it that are really worth mentioning."
  • "Entire Centre has went downhill over the last few years. Wouldn't recommend for shopping. More than half of shops are shut down, almost like a ghost town inside."

Cons:

  • "First time trying here very clean but was let down with food no carvery on and tried slice and tasted off so that put me off everything else."
