• "I booked a swim.on Edinburgh Leisure website, when my daughter and myself arrived, the booking hadn't saved, as there were no places left we had to rebook for later in the week, not a great start to our swimming."
• "Unprofessional mannerism, made me wait like 20 minutes 'for a chat' after not allowed to swim due to not having a 'carer'."
• "While I was in the changing room 2 members of staff sat in one of the cubicles playing some game on the mobile phone laughing and commenting on it for over 20 minutes."
• "Too many closers, the staff answer to me when I was complaining this morning ( I have found the pool closed) that it's in the Website."

• "The cafe does not accept cash which is a legal form of payment."
• "The food is a little over priced too so it can be expensive if there's a couple of adults and a couple of kids."

• "Can't believe the price 1 hour 15 mins parking £10 £20 for food for 2 adults and 1 child which was only a sandwich and juice then £8 for 1 hour for a 4 year old."

• "Splendid facility let down by lacklustre cleaning staff who insist on cordoning off half the changing rooms because they're too lazy to clean, even after asking everyone to wear idiotic blue overshoes."
