Facilities
Pros:
"Inverness Leisure, definitely the largest leisure facility in the Highlands, with 25m competition pool and leisure waters with flumes, a couple of halls and studios, large machine based strength and conditioning area, as well as a newer large free weights section."
"Good size leisure pool with wave generator and rapids section."

"Also have a range of slides and a program of activities."

"Clean, well equipped gym with a variety of sports & activities."
"The slides are really great and you can go on them as an adult!"
Cons:
"The pool is tired and in need of renovation and deep cleaning."
"The flumes are rarely on, nor is the lazy river/rapids."
"The outdoor pool is a disgrace...basically being left to crumble and decay."
"The upkeep in communal and changing areas left a lot to be desired, a whole lot, should you leave a pool after swim and shower dirtier than you arrived!, no you should not, again signs of poor repair."
"Have noticed on occasion recently that cleanliness in some areas is not very good and many of the new the new electronic lockers were not working."
"Overpriced and very poor facilities."
"The jacuzzi in the health suite hasn't been working."
Staff and Service
Pros:
"Staff very helpful."
"Staff were attentive and lots of them in the pool, which shows investment and responsibility; good management."

"Staff are friendly and knowledgeable."
Cons:
"Staff are uninterested at best."
"The staff in the pool area never look happy and spend more time gossiping with each other than watching the pools."
"Had the worst experience on a sunny day... the receptionist, who had blond wavy hair, was super rude and not welcoming at all."
"If you call and leave a voicemail enquiry and ask them to call you back, do not hold your breath."
"No reason given by staff but overheard another customer mention it was staff issues."
"Pool changing rooms. Wow. They are dirty and get even worse during the holidays or at the weekend."
"The website hasn't been updated since Covid."
Value and Accessibility
Pros:
"Great value through the highlife card. Recommend to everyone."
"The Highlife scheme is excellent - giving the opportunity for families to benefit from gym membership, swimming pools and lessons, climbing wall and more - all included in a very very affordable price."
"Very reasonably priced memberships!"
"We were very surprised by the great price for entry! £17 for two adults, an eight-year-old and a two-year-old."
"£23 for adult and three kids so not so bad."
"Decent sized pool with kids pool and jacuzzi. Good price too."
"Great way and a great place to spend quality time with the family, or just indulge yourself. Well worth a visit."
Cons:
"Dissapointing as we paid full price (£19) but the river rapids and wave machine were off and we only got 15 minutes on the flumes before they were closed off too."
"£17 for 2 adults and a 6 and 3 year old, not sure if this is full price should have received some deduction given the main attraction wasn’t available."
"Terrible long queues not informed till at front slides were not on once in pool were crammed with people."
"To top it all off pricing is far too steep - 100% more than venues in Renfrewshire with similar facilities."
"Paid £19.20 for 1 hour with my wife and two kids very disappointed!!!"
"Price is far to high when they know not everything is open."
"The queue to enter the building was massive which resulted in our 45-minute wait with an infant to buy our tickets; none of the staff members informed what was going on."

"Facilities are clean and fun."
"Lockers don't require money but read instructions to enter your own four digit code."
Cons:
"Thus, we ended up walking barefoot in somewhat dirty water before reaching the wellness section itself, which we didn't find very hygienic."
"One day I'll come here and the disabled toilets WONT be completely filthy... One day..."
"The changing rooms were mostly dirty, the floors covered in dirty water, lime a scum, seats dirty, dirty nappies, just totally not pleasant."
"Changing rooms were pretty dirty too, popped into a few looking for a clean 1 so they haven't seen much action from a mop."
"Was there on Sunday 21st Feb 2016 with my 4 year old daughter. Never again! The water was so cold that her lips were turning blue and that's not an exaggeration."
"Water was really cold. Closest we've ever experienced at a leisure centre."
