Accommodation

Pros:

• "The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean."

Cons:

• "The room was cold, very cold, we were in an exec family at the end of the block, it was absolutely freezing despite heating being on."
• "The rooms rely on one small convection heater to fill it making it an uncomfortable challenge in winter."
• "Room too hot and we asked 5 times for it to be sorted."
• "We didn't think the rooms were 5* as the rooms are small and basic and the beds felt cheap."

Service

Pros:

• "The play barn soft play is fantastic for kids, the pool was perfect with good family changing facilities and the place in general is very well kept."

Cons:

• "Found it to be quite expensive as we were only looking to swim yet charged for a full use of spa facilities which with 2 small children we were not going to use."
• "The leisure facilities showed photos and what appeared to be a jacuzzi style pool next to the swimming pool. This was in fact a cold pool with bubbles."
• "Expensive so disappointed that AC didn't work, nor the overhead speakers and a rigid 10 am check out is poor for a 5 star resort."

• "The 'spa' would be better with more facilities and a separate catering service as the food/ drinks on offer was poor had to wait half an hour for a coffee which I was charged separate for."

Food & Dining
