  • "Pizzas we did have were burnt round the edges and by the time we'd stood in line waiting, then realised the mix up and sorted it out they were all cold when we got home."
  • "The pizzas themselves really weren't of good quality in our opinion. Far too much cheese, and one was undercooked with raw dough, and missing a few of the key toppings."
  • "The Pizza base was very average."
  • "The crust was a bit soggy."

  • "We were served by an extremely polite and helpful young man."

Cons:

  • "Be prepared to have slow/unattentive service when they are at capacity."
  • "They also seemed to be very hesitant to serve anyone - as if they weren’t running a restaurant..or business."
  • "The staff didn't know what's going on, they were quite rude, walking away when talked to."
  • "Service was slow, it took forever to get our food."
  • "Service was slow, we had a soup and pizza each, soup was warmish and as for the pizza very little topping and not to the edge, the pizza bread was also burnt round the edge."
  • "Service all over the place."
  • "Service was terrible. Shown to my table and left for 15 minutes while the waitresses chatted and checked mobile phones."

Ambiance

  • "Well just the worse cafe we visited in Scotland to date."

Value

Pros:

  • "The price was decent, totaling about 20£ for a course + drink."
  • "Prices for Skye are on the low to average at around £13 for a 12 inch pizza."
  • "Pizzas were reasonably priced, at generally under £15."
  • "Prices are quite normal for Scotland, but considering the quality of the food and service the prices are fair."
  • "Good wood fired pizza, a great option in the local area."
  • "Good gluten free pizza."
  • "Good selection of local beers."

Cons:

  • "If they would spend a bit more on good cuts of steak for the specials menu it too would have been superb."
  • "Takeaway pizza came burnt, the crust was cut off (probably because it was super burned) and the extra toppings I paid for were missing."
  • "I thought that the bottled beers were very expensive for local beer and there was no wine available."
  • "The 2 star review comes from the ridiculous price they charge for a pizza the size of my hand (£10, my partner’s pizza was £12 and it’s 2x as big)."
  • "However, I am probably just living in 90s pricing."
  • "Very expensive for lunch."
  • "The pizza is A 9 inch. £15, too small to share."
