• "The woman serving us seemed to not understand what we was trying to tell her the issues that my mum was having with the new glasses that she got but the ladie seemed to refused to listen to us."

• "Then I was told glasses would take 2 week to be ready they gave me an appointment for the day I was supposed to collect the glasess at 11 am, on the day I was supposed to collect them I recieved a call at around 9 am where I was told that the order was somehow missplased by the lab processing the glasses."

Pros:

• "Had my eye test with Ozge the optician who was very thorough and diligent."
• "Optician Zach was attentive and talked me through the test and my prescription and asked if I had any additional questions."
• "Friendly and very efficient. I missed an appointment there once, phoned to apologise and reschedule, and they very sincerely said it wasn't a problem, 'these things happen', and that made an already good day a little bit nicer."

• "But not much was discussed during the test or after it by the doctor doing it, I had to ask what was happening and responses were minimal."
