  • "Optician Zach was attentive and talked me through the test and my prescription and asked if I had any additional questions."
  • "Friendly and very efficient. I missed an appointment there once, phoned to apologise and reschedule, and they very sincerely said it wasn't a problem, 'these things happen', and that made an already good day a little bit nicer."
