  • "Went to aquatics centre, one particular man is rude, patronising and unhelpful."
  • "I bought a pot that was too big, so wanted a refund, the deeply unpleasant 'boss', a foul looking old lady, treated me terribly."
  • "Service in cafe very poor, I visited with friends & we specifically asked that all 3 meals were bought out together as when we have visited in the past one of us is usually still waiting for food when the others have finished eating, they still didn't manage this today."
  • "Again very unfriendly, this is the main reason I didn't return after my first visit."
  • "Service at till variable. Long queues at times and slow at check out."

Cons:

Cons:

  • "Nice garden centre but cafe is the worst I have ever been to."
  • "The food is a shambles. 'Chilli' with no discernable chilli and basically just mince beef and chickpeas in a tiny little portion."
  • "Two stars purely for the awful experience I had at the cafe."
  • "The garden centre is stunning but if you want to pop into the coffee shop don't be in a rush, the service and customer service as very poor."
  • "Not the most friendly staff in the aquatics part nor the cafe I'm afraid and given the typical inflated garden centre prices a little more effort would go a long way."
  • "Went to go to the cafe, feels very dated. Didn't stay as there was nowhere to sit."
  • "The garden centre itself is lovely but the Cafe was a disgrace."
