Pros:

• "I’ve also been given a fringe I didn’t request, which again, looks very uneven and disconnected and isn’t at all flattering to my face shape."
• "The hairdresser took 2.5 inches off my hair against my request with his reasoning being 'thought the cut would look nice'."
• "For some reason they decided to use two different coloured dyes for my roots and the lengths of the hair respectively which has now resulted in me having a red/ginger band around my head."
