  • "Not worth the hype. Chai is okay-ish but the other items are way too expensive considering the fact that they are sub-standard."

Cons:

  • "I ordered a loaded chips without chilli. I reiterated 3 times no chilli... I received loaded chips with chilli."
  • "The food taste has changed dramatically since I last ate here, the omelettes were burnt and the dall seemed that if it was dipped into tomato sauce and then served."

  • "Had a horrible experience..First the taste of the food wasn’t great and i nearly choked as there was a real long thread stuck in my throat which i ate with the roll I ordered."

Customer Service

Pros:

  • "The Managers/Owners at this chaiwala need to seriously consider hiring more staff."
  • "A lady delivered my food I was disappointed with the order initially. However she explained very courteously of the misunderstanding and all was good."

Cons:

  • "But the staff service is very appalling. They don’t even bother to wipe the tables with spillage and crumps."
  • "Staffs seriously need more training on how to clean the tables properly."
  • "Tables are not cleared in timely manner."
  • "I think they should just create a clearing station, leave alcohol wipes on the station, leave a note “Dear Customers, Please clear and clean the table for yourself.”"
  • "I ordered a loaded chips without chilli. I reiterated 3 times no chilli... I received loaded chips with chilli."
  • "I asked for a manager, conveniently there wasn't one around."

  • "Hi all. I came many times here but the staff is rude and arrogant."
  • "The service was poor at best. We had ordered the kebab roll (the parathas were under cooked) mogo chips (nothing special) and chai (way too sweet for unsweetened tea)."
