Reception and Management

• "Hi , received text on Monday evening saying I needed urgent blood test - told to call in and pick up blood test form - which I did first thing Tuesday morning .I asked when picking up did I now need to go online and book the appointment - thinking I would probably need to wait several days or even a week or more - receptionist said no- I can book you in now - so I asked which clinic and she said “here at the practice “ so I said let’s do that - she booked me in for an appointment within 24 hours - just been in - Tahera was great - all done in minutes - this service is great - so much more convenient in that you can walk a few minutes to get your tests done , rather than walk 30 minutes or drive and try to find parking at either the shrewsburu clinic or Stratford - much more personal service at Woodgrange - keep up the good work."
