• "The floors and tables are disgustingly filthy with flies near the windows, such a breeding ground for those pests."
• "Just watched a staff supervisor pick up a dirty set of adjustable grips and give them back to a drainage contractor, then continued working in the food preparation area without cleaning or sanitising her hands."

Value for Money

Pros:

• "I don't really like McDonald's food but when you are in need of a quick meal like I was then McDonald's comes in handy for a snack and the convenience of the restaurant is always very easy to get to, so McDonald's does serve its purposes and overall the food is ok and the service was good the staff were friendly and very polite."

Cons:

• "I am disappointed with ther new app I still have not figured out how to get 2 free lattes and they have just jacked the price of an additional hash brown from 40p to 90p which in my mind is a rip off."
