Checkout Experience
Pros:
"Went shopping here this week as I'd been sent a voucher spend £60 get another voucher worth 12p off a litre of petrol .....but the voucher didn't print after making my purchases..... Not a problem tho as I was taken to customer services where they printed off the said voucher."

"I left my £8.23 change at self service at Sainsbury’s pepper hill earlier this afternoon. Louise was too helpful resolving the situation."

"Not sure why they are doing all the shelf filling during the day."
"Checkout is a joke, now like a cattle pen where barriers are in the way to enable you to unload the trolley contents onto the belt."
"I'm standing in the queue of the only checkout til open and it is only 7 pm."
"If you don't do self scan/checkout then be prepared to queue."

"They have their own point system called nectar and you can also use their smart shopper device to avoid the rush."
Cons:
"I just wish that it had a checkout for Disabled people, the checkouts are just too narrow to have a Disabled shopping trolley on one side and a normal one on the other."

"Shop was same as usual but the problem was attempting to exit the car park."

"Not safe for Epileptic people, my younger sister was put in danger and customer service tried to deny anything happening."
"Fine as a shop but just about the worst car park ever. Avoid if there is even a whiff of jam getting out of it..otherwise you'll be there forever."
"There were incredible problems trying to leave the carpark: several exit routes met together and the traffic 'stopped'."
