Game Masters

Pros:

• "Ruben was our games master who was hilarious and made the experience better!"

• "Slightly lower score as the place is understaffed and the game masters are unable to follow the developments and proactively offer clues."

• "It can be quite frustrating when you are with someone who doesn’t understand escape rooms or how to solve mysteries."
• "Wear and tear - not terrible, but a few of the props and decoration could do with a little bit of TLC."
• "Lack of direction - puzzles did not always link to specific locks, so when a code was discovered / worked out it had to be tried in ALL remaining locks of that type."
• "I just prefer escape rooms with fewer padlocks so I would 100% come again but I would do a different room with fewer padlocks & keys."

Rooms and Puzzles

Pros:

• "The Over Throne room, which looked great and the game itself was challenging and fun, especially for us history buffs."
• "The room is fully automated, with interesting puzzles and great design."
• "The attention to detail is remarkable, with an eerie ambiance that sets the stage for the chilling adventure that lies ahead."
• "Creative room with no padlocks - refreshing change."

• "The Rooms themselves are very well dressed and the puzzles were the right amount of difficulty and interesting which made for a fun time."

• "The decor of the rooms were also a let-down."
• "The only thing I didn't like was the room for Over Throne was quite claustrophobic."

Accessibility and Facilities

Pros:

• "If you’re going by car, there is parking on the side streets (RingGo), very accessible location."
• "Once we arrived we got offered lockers and water, a bathroom is also available which was appreciated."

Cons:

• "You have to go down a flight of stairs from the entrance so bear this in mind if you have any mobility issues."
• "It was good fun but at tad expensive and we finished the room 15 mins before the time."
• "My only negative is the reception area smelt musty and not very pleasant."
• "Only problem was finding the place, it's a black door next to a betting shop does looks abit strange but once you are indoors it's great."
