Party Experience

Pros:

  • "My son 11th birthday party was held here. It's just fantastic!"
  • "Grandaughters 7th birthday party with 12 friends. Amaaazzing. Axle was our ninja warrior host and really entertained the kids."
  • "Fantastic! Split in to two area the inflatable ninja course and an other are full of obstacles and climbing stuff, was only about 40 people when we went on a Friday night after work and loads of room but max capacity is 200."
  • "We attended for an 8yr old birthday party. The party host was top class, I was pleasantly surprised the facilities were ok for my 4 year old."
  • "Went as part of a group for a family birthday. Children enjoyed the courses."
  • "Had a kids party on Sunday. The chap with the pony tail and beard who dresses as a Ninja was absolutely top drawer and really made it for the kids."
  • "Great venue and great evening for the kids football Xmas party, lots to do for all ages."
  • "We had a birthday party for my son 19 kids."

Cons:

  • "No party feel, no proper host or any care to making it a special occasion. Will not be back and I don't think any of the other parents would either."
  • "Shameful behaviour by your Manchester team, especially manager Connor. Party of 20 kids and you serve 3 SMALL pizzas, not even enough for 1 slice per kid."
  • "Really good centre lots of fun. Expected it to be relatively easy and aimed at beginners who hadn't done any of this type of thing credit but turned out to be hard work and really took it out of us."
  • "I was very disappointed. Very rude staff...Completely irresponsible."
  • "I have been there before and it was nice plenty of food but went back to my son's birthday. The place was too crowded, long line for any drinks and food you wanted to order."
  • "We had a children's party here for my 10 year old daughter's birthday party with 25 of her friends. All of them loved it and went home tired out. Cost was not the cheapest venue we looked at but on balance well worth the extra cost."
  • "Don't know if we chose the wrong day however there were so many kids around it got very annoying very quickly."
  • "Been here a few times now with my boys aged 8 and 5. Since it's installed the inflatable part it is brilliant. I take them even if they don't ask."

Facility Cleanliness and Maintenance

Pros:

  • "Visited for the first time this week to attend a birthday party. My daughter isn't one for climbing and dangling about, but she enjoyed the inflatable part of the course."
  • "Grandaughters 7th birthday party with 12 friends. Amaaazzing. Axle was our ninja warrior host and really entertained the kids. Party food was tasty and plentiful and nothing was too much trouble."
  • "The park is great, getting in is a real issue, I had to wait for unprepared people to sign the weaver. This should not be an issue as they should be asked to stand aside and let the people who have already done so to proceed."
  • "Had a brilliant time yesterday. Total ninja is well worth a visit. We went in the morning, it was quiet and meant we got plenty of time on each of the courses."
  • "It’s a great place, they have two sides one with shoes on and one with ninja socks… I personally wouldn’t go there again. It was something different compared to other inflated places but my nephew enjoyed it a lot."
  • "Had a few hours to kill while my wife was running Manchester Marathon so decided to head here for a few hours. great environment, brilliant for days out with the kids but at busy times you might struggle to get on everything while the kids are filling the foam pits."
  • "Been for both birthdays and play-days with our kids. They love it! For the parents that aren’t launching themselves off inflatables or thinking that there friggin ninjas (and failing for the most part) there is a good coffee and snack bar area."
  • "Two stars for the toddler area- We came specifically for the kids and toddler area which is free (we only had to buy one adult full price ticket) the place looked great but when we arrived to the actual toddler area (which is sectioned off) it was completely filthy, there were crisps all over the floor- the tables hadn’t been cleaned and people had left their rubbish and old socks on the floor."

Cons:

  • "This place is great for fun the kids but the problem with this place is its filthy! I dread to think what the equipment is like but the communal areas are awful, dirty and unkempt."
  • "The lockers are very small so I'd recommend only taking a very small bag. The changing rooms smell strongly of sewage, which sometimes seeps into the course."
  • "Needs improvement. Unfortunately I don't believe I will be returning. There was very little seating for keeping an eye on our toddler. There was equipment that is broken and therefore needs replacing."
  • "It was ok, wouldn’t say brilliant! It does state ages 4 and over, I personally wouldn’t say it’s good for 4 year olds they can’t reach a lot of stuff to even complete the obstacle course, my tall 7 year old just managed to reach the bars ect, the bouncy castle area was absolutely disgusting and dirty baring In mind we went to the second session of the day! Staff didn’t look happy either!"
  • "The kids loved it, however, the place needs a good clean and just seemed a bit neglected. It's probably due to the large amount of people visiting."
  • "Only reason why I’m deducting the 1 star is because there were so many people waiting in the queue and only 1 person on the till to serve everyone. The wait was annoying as this delayed 10 mins of our 1 hour time."
  • "Time limit was not enough for the first side we were on. Wanted to try every challenge but because the time starts before you even get in it's a bit of a buzz kill."
  • "Adults area is challenging and great fun, but I’m sure the place wasn’t CLEANED since it’s opened a few years back."
