"Great Indian food, good recommendation from staff on dishes to order."
"Attended for a private birthday party. The interior decor is stunning and absolutely worth the experience. Service and cleanliness to a high standard."
Cons:
"The service was very slow. On several occasions we were ignored."
"First time coming, Came for our families birthdays & will never return! The service was absolutely shocking!"
"The staff serving were very unprofessional."
"Awful & slow service despite the restaurant being empty during the day."
Food Quality
Pros:
"The food was great however the service was very slow."
"Lamb Sultani gravy - Good. Lamb Biriyani - Ok. Chocolate heaven cake - Very good."
"Food was brought out very quickly. Could tell it was all fresh, everything tasted amazing and the portions were massive!"
"Had been to the Birmingham branch but it was all a bit underwhelming. Leicester branch was chosen by guest as a more laid back atmosphere and better food."
Cons:
"Visited with family for a new year's dinner, this place has the best ambience and lovely decor. Have been here before but the food failed to impress."
"Asked for no onion or peppers due to my allergy which was told not an issue then received a starter which was garnished with onion and peppers!"
"The starters priced over £25 but what u get is not worth price or the taste."
"Food was nice but too spicy and when we asked the waiters they said all is premarinated and nothing can be done."
Ambience and Decor
Pros:
"Visited with family for a new year's dinner, this place has the best ambience and lovely decor."
"Great dining experience! Loved the decor and the service was brilliant, staff were friendly and very attentive."
"A beautiful place with excellent decor."
"This restaurant is the perfect place to visit with families. It's spacious and has beautiful settings."
Cons:
"The one negative is that they call it majestic, but most of the guys, customers, were in jogging bottoms and trainers, some were wearing baseball caps."
"The decor is great And the atmosphere is really good too but very busy every time I go which is normally a sign that it’s a good place to eat."
"Although it was busy for a Thursday evening we were given a seat immediately. Subhan was assigned to our table to serve. From beginning to end he made our time great, service by subhan was on point and 5 stars for that. Really enjoyed the food. Definitely recommend."
"Not sure what's changed, but the quality of the food has steeply declined. Had lamb chops for starters, they were amazing as usual. The butter chicken for mains tasted exactly like Heinz Spaghetti Hoops, and the peshawar gosht tasted purely of meat and very little spice or any variant of flavour. Sad to see such a lovely place slack so badly. Hopefully they address these issues and bring back the standards they were once renown for. Until then, avoiding."
