Effectiveness of Treatment
Pros:
"After visiting Don I am now on a treatment plan that is working brilliantly and I feel so much better."
"Don examined my eyes and asked about my medical history, and found the underlying cause of the dry eye."
"Mr Williams diagnosed the issue in 20 minutes... He explained the issues, the solution and prescribed a 3 month course of medication."
"After a course of the correct antibiotics and advise on cream to use, I was signed off from him in June."
Cons:
"Mixed feelings about this clinic... it was all down to money. As it turns out I did get an NHS referral to an outstanding eye department via my own GP and have been seen several times by them now and after more detailed investigations their treatment plan is somewhat different, they were a little shocked at what I had been advised. I didn’t need the treatment recommended."
Customer Service and Professionalism
Pros:
"Don is a brilliant guy with so much knowledge and really friendly also."
"He was accommodating, patient and dealt with my emerge so swiftly."
"Don Williams has been an excellent eye specialist for me... His response times with communication is very fast, and he is very willing to help answer questions and give advice."
"I had been struggling with dry eyes for over a year and neither my regular high street opticians or the Hospital could find a solution for my condition. Don at Edgbaston eye clinic suggested a couple of different solutions and now, only 8 weeks later my dry eye is much better and my vision is the best it has been in years."
Cons:
"Mixed feelings about this clinic. I attended sometime ago so now have a treatment plan from an NHS hospital... It left me very disappointed, I didn’t say anything because it just felt like it was all down to money."
"Went to see Don Williams to get second opinion about a problem than I had in left eye... I would not have received the correct diagnosis if I had not attended his eye clinic Or had the other referrals for investigation of other issue responsible."

"Don's swift analysis of my blistered, ulcerated cornea but healthy eye behind it came with a specific plan of action."
