• "Not a lot to do at Deal if you have children I wouldn't visit because it's boring for them but if you just want to sit in peace and watch the world go by then I couldn't think of a better place, very peaceful and the most amazing views from pier. However, pier shuts at 4pm too early it should always be open."
• "No bicycles allowed at all. 10 of us WALKED our bikes along the pier to SPEND MONEY at the cafe. We were turned back as no bikes allowed, even walking them."
