"The foyer is very small for queuing. The film was starting at 2020, we were still queuing at 2030 to get as we had been told it was clean. When finally entered the screen it was obvious it had not been cleaned and the whole cinema was dirty."

"Went to the Hypersense screening of Black Widow, staff were great and in fact everything apart from the screen. Ruffles in the sheet at the bottom of the screen that was projected onto so visible throughout the movie, these were big folds not creases."
