Staff Attitude

Pros:

• "Medical Centre is very busy and always lots of people waiting All over the place but staff are very friendly and helpful if you have an appointment in the right time."
• "I visited Heath Street Walk-in Center today and as always l got first class treatment."
• "Went in on Sunday morning. Bank Holiday weekend expected it to be busy but was seen by a lovely doctor within about 20 mins."

Facilities and Accessibility

Pros:

• "Multiple GP practices and a walk-in medical centre. Lloyds pharmacy and Synergy dental practice also on site. Can be difficult to get appointments sometimes but reception staff are generally polite and helpful where possible."
• "Benefit being having a lloyds pharmacy within the same building and they operate perfectly."
• "The facilities are good eg its modern, baby changing facilites, the seating is spaced out, theres parking too."

• "The place is not Autism friendly!!!! I put a note on the information sheet that my child has special needs can my child be seen as soon as possible."

• "ridiculous, you cant even get an appointment no point it even being there."
