"On the advice of NHS 111 I went to the Eye Casualty department. The waiting time for triage was 1to2 hours, which in today's hardpresed NHS is pretty good."
"I have an eye problem, and I've had something similar before, I arrived at 10:05, registered, saw a Triage Nurse, saw a 2nd person and did an eye sight test, then saw the Optician who checked me out thoroughly. I was finished by 11:15 - brilliant service, Thanks."

"The eye centre very clean and tidy but as be a disabled person with walking stick I think seats should be outside eye centre entrance I noticed lot old and disabled people where struggle waiting for taxis I think a few should be put there atleast 3-4 would be very helpful ..thank you for your service .."
