"Appalling service. I was told the car was available, drove 1 and half hours to take a test drive. After the test drive I was advised I could not reserve the car at 3.30pm on a Sunday afternoon but the salesman's manager would call me at 9.00am Monday morning to take my deposit. No one called."
"My car has been with the service department since 27th July, 2 weeks tomorrow and I am still waiting for a quotation, every time I ring to chase it up I am told somebody will ring me back but unfortunately nobody has returned any of my calls. By far the worst Mercedes dealership I have ever dealt with."

Quality of Service and Repairs

"They kept my car for 4 days and the response from service was very poor, I’ve been charged about £800 for replacing thermostat and when i went to collect the car it was completely dirty, like I could see oily fingerprints on hood and they didn’t even wash the car."

"Awful experience, asked to discuss about a used C-class amg line. Had to wait over 20 mins before someone came over. Then when someone finally came i asked about the particular car i wanted to be asked by sales person 'is there model outside?', for her then to walk to window have a look. Further to compound the situation was told to 'just look online' no going through spec, requirements, budget etc."
"i went to get a mot on my car at solihull gave it in for 10am the lady said pick it up at 4pm? i thought ok it does not take that long for an MOT but left it then when my father went to pick the car at 4pm they made him wait another hour saying its not done as they haven't started any work yet."

"They operate a nice little scam (in my opinion), leave sold car on their website, take £1,000 deposit from you on the day, call you a few days later, hours before you getting the car, to tell you they was a system error 'come on', and the car is sold, but let's explore other cars."
