Instructors
Pros:
"Allan is easy to get on with. Very knowledgeable and trained us very well by braking things down so it's easier to remember."
"Heather was a very good teacher on the road and knew when to put you write as well as praise you."
"Alan was full of knowledge and explained everything step by step so we were confident in everything we were doing."
"Alan and Tony are both extremely good instructors. You can learn so much from both of them about how to ride safely if you listen and take it all in."
"Allan, my instructor, was simply amazing. He was patient, encouraging, and so knowledgeable."
"He's a phenomenal coach. He will make sure you get rid of any bad habits and make sure you are fully prepared for your test, teaching you to be a safer rider."
"I learnt some amazing skills from Alan that I wasn't previously taught that has made me a more confident and better rider."
Cons:
"They have no interest in teaching you anything if you have a muslim name or are of a darker skin color."
"Alan will never remember your name :) in one day I was Neil, Dave and whatsyourname......."
"Instructor likes mocking the students and making unacceptable jokes."
Customer Service
Pros:

"Sammi was incredibly helpful with getting me booked in around a tight schedule."
"A big thanks to Sammi also, who provides a detailed folder with all the exam details so you're fully aware of everything expected of you on the day."
"Sammy was also a huge help. She was always available to answer any questions I had and was so patient in addressing any concerns I had."
Cons:
"All I can really say that needs to be updated is trying to book as you need to do a bank transfer which I'm not too fond of."
Training Quality
Pros:
"I honestly can't recommend Allan and the school enough - great bikes to learn on, CBT all the way up to DAS."
"If you want quality instructors to help you become a safe and confident rider, and of course pass your mod 1&2 tests, TT Motorcycle school is the place to be!"
"But what really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety at TT Motorcycle School."
"All my training was done on brand new, top of the range bikes in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere."
"The training was thorough and Allan and Heather obviously know their stuff - there is a strong focus on safety and discipline albeit delivered in a very relaxed, fun and enjoyable way."
"Both the guys will tell you where you are going wrong but even more so they will also tell you where you are going right too."
"Great training and passed first time on both mod1 & 2. Highly recommended."
Cons:
"No good for your 1st cbt they do not give any theory before hand, personally witnessed a student on their fourth attempt at cbt."
"They don't even have an off-road area to practice in, they just take you on the street so no real mod 1 practice, only mod 2."
