Pros:

• "Skyparks is a very efficient service both on outward and return journeys from our annual holidays."

• "The minivan took and collected us even on our return journey which was 4.00am in the morning the driver was there promptly and got us to our car in no time."
• "Used meet and greet parking and made our trip so much easier."

• "Journey to the airport as described. Return - long wait for pickup then wait at another terminal for people who hadn't got their luggage yet, then back to where we were picked up originally to pick up more people. Poor service."
• "Paid £72 for a meet and greet, absolutely pointless service, says on their site someone will be waiting in Terminal 3 for us, rang up 15 mins before arriving then got told to meet at a hotel nowhere near the Terminal where i waiting nearly 30 mins for someone to turn up."
• "On return, i had to go up to level 3 in the multistorey car park where again i was waiting over 10 mins after i just landed."

• "No vehicle to collect us upon return" and "We were informed our car key would be left on one of the wheels as the driver needed to do another job."

Staff Professionalism and Conduct

• "Staff had been smoking cannabis in the office" and "Horrible staff a specially the little man with glasses, moustache and no tooth can’t understand him over the phone."
