"We were told all the details for the dress my daughter was interested in were on the system should we want to think about it and buy it later as it was our first prom shopping trip, but couldn’t guarantee it would still be available if we left it for a while which was fair enough."
"As for a no-show fee of £25 if you don’t turn up to the appointment, I think it’s fair as it’s a waste of everyone’s time if that appointment could of gone to someone else and for staff."
