I wish I had taken a photo of them before boxing them up to prove they were in good condition. They deducted the value of the four books from the total I received yet the deduction was a greater amount than what I was offered for them."

First scanning the bar code to see if the book was accepted and it’s buy price. Then going to the basket to complete the process and arrange collection. We opted for home collection rather than taking to a collection drop off point and collection was the next day. We bought three packing cases to ensure that we didn’t exceed the 15kg weight limit. The app gave three labels that we printed off and attached. WeBuyBooks confirmed receipt and after about a week confirmed that all were accepted and payment was made. All so straightforward. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."
