Party Host Quality

Pros:

  • "James and Jess the party hosts both hosted on two separate occasions. Both absolutely fantastic, they really got the children in the mood, hyped up and ready to have fun with them."
  • "Mitchell and Jeanette were brilliant, they looked after us very well. Mitchell was great with the children - he played games with them, made them laugh and made sure they were all okay while bouncing."

Cons:

  • "We were supposed to have a party host (Jess) who we barely see. We had to ask for napkins, sauces, drinks. They were horrific at organising despite me paying £220 for the convenience of them organising and dealing with the 10 children who was attending."

Facility Cleanliness and Maintenance

  • "The area where the cafe is, was filthy, the floors and the tables dirty. Very high risk of falling down as water was everywhere."
  • "The canteen and seating area... First off the tables and floor were an absolute mess, water everywhere and half the tables were sticky."
  • "The staff don’t look after the cafe area, tables are dirty and piled with someone else’s rubbish, if you want a table, you clean it yourself."
