  • "The passport renewal service office is at the basement level. There is a photo booth for passport size photo print and xerox photocopy machine as well."

  • "There is no disability access as they are doing passport operations in the basement of the building."

  • "Staff were helpful but the set up is poor, its situated in a underground small confined dingy basement location, only one or two chairs available, so people are sitting on the stairs, looks like a prison with all the grills on the window, no sense of professionalism."
