Food Quality and Variety
Pros:
"The grilled meats all tasted delicious, and the side dishes the same."

"Absolutely gem in South Kensington, had our dinner there with my kids, after a long day of visiting London, and so happy we chose to come here! Food was so amazing."
"Strongly recommend trying all of their starters. Being an Indian, this was the closest I felt in cuisine where there was as much flavour as the Indian cuisine."
Cons:
"Food is rather nice however they had ran out of lamb and it wasn't even that late."
"Extremely disappointed with my takeaway experience... the food tasted awful, meat was extremely dry, chips were stone-like."
"The Tabouleh salad had too much lemon and salt. The Shish tawouk wrap had too much garlic mayo as if trying to mask the taste of poor quality chicken cubes."
"Falafel was oily and foul was too salty, the juice was not fresh either, very disappointing experience."
Service and Staff
Pros:
"Everyone has a smile and making sure you are well attended."
"The staff is incredibly enthusiastic."
"Hiya, would recommend this place as the food and staff are kind, welcoming and efficient."
"Very friendly and helpful staff."
"The person who was taking order was very kind to offer us the dish on the house- just so that we can taste our desired dish!! Hospitality is great."
Cons:
"Not the fastest serving restaurant, because place is packed and busy."
"My takeaway experience... After lodging a brief complaint, they offered a single, tiny portion of salad for all four plates."
"I ordered a drink and the cup I was given made my coke taste like soap."
"I frequent Lebanese places and this is up their with the best. It's fresh and halal and don't do alcohol. The mix shawarma wrap is tasty and filling, the hummus both plain and with shawarma is delicious as are their pizzas, yes I know not authentic Lebanese :-). The shish taouk also succulent. Definitely worth a visit"
Ambiance and Location

"Inside the deco and vibes very warm."
"Enjoyed fairuz music. Finally Turkish coffee."
"The unassuming decor of this and fast food feel belies the variety of tasty dishes and friendly service that awaits."
Cons:
"Seating is limited as it's a small restaurant so don't expect a massive place."
"A bit too much pickled veg in the salad, and not enough salad ingredients."
"In times of COVID I was shocked that they were reusing food left by previous guests."
"The place need some cleaning, they have a glass serving left which was very dirty, the basement where the toilet smiled and floor was dirty even though we were there at around 12noon, I could see the storage area and looked very unorganized."
Value for Money
Pros:
"All in all, good Lebanese food and portion for the price."
"Very good value. Will return if traveling to London again."
"Price point was also pretty good considering this is London."

"Very happy we stopped there for lunch! The menu offered some classic dishes as well as some "quick bite" wraps for people in a rush."
Cons:
"Extremely disappointed with my takeaway experience... Definitely not worth the money."
"Over rated and over priced. Food taste below average."
"Very expensive too!!!!!! The servers rush you to order and they recommend very expensive food one dish that was recommended was so disgusting and awful but they still charged us despite not eating it."

"The worst thing were juices being stale despite overpriced."
