Cons:

• "However I did find it quite difficult to take the information in some of it was more like snippets and didn't go into much detail."
• "However low interactivity, the way to display is not impressive and a bit boring at times."
• "Only downside is that some of the displays in the museum were really dark, so it was hard to read what was there."
• "Just a chaotic largely pointless jumble of nothingness."
• "The slavery section is a bit simple minded and could well do with a 'little bit if history'."
• "The only downside is that there is a lack of clear route through the exhibits, so you might feel like you have missed something."

Cons:

• "Only down side is the lifts are super slow and normally full. If you can walk up the stairs I would."
• "The only negative I have is how hot the museum was. Many people were commenting about it. Made it very uncomfortable."
• "One star was removed for the provision of only Gender Neutral Toilets all over the place."
• "Staff closed the toilets long before the museum shut as they were too desperate to go."
• "Toilets were pretty messy but hey you only spend a few minutes there."
• "I only have one small issue - the gift shop has barely any room to manoeuvre a buggy."
