Exhibition Content
Pros:
"A very detailed museum about the maritime history of Liverpool."
"The exhibition provides a comprehensive and insightful look into the construction, launch, and eventual sinking of the Titanic."
"You can also discover the extraordinary stories of emigration to a new world and how many thousands travelled from the port of Liverpool."
"A detailed description of the ships are provided."
"All artefacts were well-curated and preserved."
"The displays feature a remarkable collection of artifacts, including personal belongings of passengers, items recovered from the wreckage, and detailed replicas of sections of the ship."
"The museum has done an exceptional job of creating an immersive environment that allows visitors to delve into the tragic events surrounding the ship's ill-fated maiden voyage."
Cons:
"However I did find it quite difficult to take the information in some of it was more like snippets and didn't go into much detail."
"However low interactivity, the way to display is not impressive and a bit boring at times."
"Only downside is that some of the displays in the museum were really dark, so it was hard to read what was there."
"Just a chaotic largely pointless jumble of nothingness."
"The slavery section is a bit simple minded and could well do with a 'little bit if history'."
"The only downside is that there is a lack of clear route through the exhibits, so you might feel like you have missed something."
"Most of the interactive displays were broken, huge numbers of lights were off."

"Clear signage, plenty of toilets on each floor, lifts and of course....a gift shop!!"
Cons:
"Only down side is the lifts are super slow and normally full. If you can walk up the stairs I would."
"The only negative I have is how hot the museum was. Many people were commenting about it. Made it very uncomfortable."
"One star was removed for the provision of only Gender Neutral Toilets all over the place."
"Staff closed the toilets long before the museum shut as they were too desperate to go."
"Toilets were pretty messy but hey you only spend a few minutes there."
"I only have one small issue - the gift shop has barely any room to manoeuvre a buggy."
"Heating too high / ventilation too low, too!"

Cons:
"It’s just the staff don’t seem to care and are letting it decay."
"Impressive glossing over of the history of Liverpool in slave profiteering."
"Some museums bring on a deep sleep so boring they are."
"Poor lighting, and lack of signs for the way out."
"Also, they were refitting several displays which means a change is coming."
"In need of some TLC in some areas."
"Plenty of interactive areas, some of which 'interfered' with others by way of volume."
