• "The gym can be a bit busy during peak hours."
• "Most pool times are family swim especially over weekends. This means that I don’t really use the pool as I don’t find it a relaxing experience."
• "The pool was also nice although it was busy when we went which made it difficult to swim lengths."
• "Cleanliness, especially toilets is frequently an issue."
• "Maintenance is terrible with numerous pieces of equipment out of action."

• "If this is how long standing members are treated I would advise to stay well clear now, if you think you may want to leave!"

• "However 115 a month for a platinum membership seems a bit steep and to ask for a joining fee on top kind of gets me thinking."

• "They'll happily raid your wallet, I currently pay £133 a month yet cannot use the facilities in days a gym which charges you £19.99 a month does."
