Pros:

• "Nice mall/shopping center wide corridors lots of options for getting between different levels stairs ramps escalators and lifts so good accessibility till you get into stores at least."

• "With many different wheelchair friendly entry points into Queen Street, The Hays, and Working Street, one can access the Mall easily."

• "Not great for floor plans/maps so you will waste time wandering around as everything is in different directions."

• "It's a typical shopping centre,packed,as it was raining outside,unfortunately on this day,some of the toilets were closed,due to unsociable behaviour."
