Staff Professionalism and Behavior

  • "I have been met with rude staff, incompetent professionals, being told I would receive a call back (after waiting hours on hold) by a Gp and never receiving said call back."

  • "There is no way to get a same day booking because even with the consulting doctor (over video consultation) they were only able to book my wife in 3 days later."
