Staff Service

Pros:

• "Chloe from Sutton Slug and Lettuce in SM1 4HU was absolutely fantastic. She looked after us and brought the drinks and food really fast."
• "The female waiter we had was really lovely and you could tell she was run off her feet doing lots, that can't be faulted."

• "Served us a drink which was supposed to have candy floss in it, but didn't. Wasn't offered a cheaper rate for the drinks because they ran out of candy floss."

• "I was not let in even I come from 1h away to my sister b day."
• "No forks or knives... had to wait for them to being cleaned after previous clients."
• "This is probably the only ‘club atmosphere’ you can find in the whole London Borough of Sutton and for that it is commendable."
• "Booked a table for 6 of us on Saturday which we paid a deposit for, the short man with dark hair on the door was disgustingly rude and told us there was no booking under our name and wouldn't let us in."
• "Was left waiting to be seated for 15 minutes manager was barely out of diapers and not very efficient when eventually came to seat us did not even apologise for leaving waiting."
• "If you're going in at around 10/12 on a Friday or Saturday night expect to queue to get in. Queues for the bar can regularly take 20mins or longer and be pricey when you actually get a drink."
• "In the end management had to get involved because the bartender refused to even consider that he could have possibly misheard the order placed over counter."
