Eggs Benedict

Pros:

• "A perfect egg Benedict depends on the quality of Hollandaise and the hollandaise here was perfect with a creamy texture and accurate level of acidity."
• "The sauce provided a nice glossy finish to the egg which was poached to perfection - the yolk was runny and not overcooked."

Pancakes
