• "Fantastic mall to visit we went together and we bought shoes and suits for our cousins wedding we loved the mall because we had less time to our flight and the mall had everything for us we also bought a watch for our dad."

• "I love shopping the perfume shop the staff are lovely and helpful depending on what you want to buy from there."

• "There is a few good shops in the Treaty Centre Hounslow, Debenhams, H&M, Superdrug, River Island, but the staff are not trained very well at all so the service is disgusting."

Cleanliness & Hygiene

• "It's a dive, pretty much like the surrounding area to be honest but after using the bogs in here you may want to wipe your feet as you exit, trust it is that bad."
• "Toilets have got better (but still STINK especially the ones in the baby changing room.... PHEWWW)."
