"The Hotel team are actively looking out to make your stay the very best possible."
Cons:
"I would not stay here again nor recommend anyone to stay here."
"Not an accessible hotel. Now of course I should have booked a hotel specifically for accessible needs guests but in general I think all hotels, public attractions and private residences need to consider a growing demand in accessible travel."
"Booked a table on the 29/9/23 for the 30th/9/23/7.30 we arrived late wasn't given much of an option Because we were late burger and chips or fish and chips but a guest came in after us and was offered a menu don't understand why this happened wasn't very impressed and certainly won't go back there zero rating."
"The rooms were not bad but couldn’t lock the door to our room."
"Advertised as having Wi-Fi, but it isn't very accessible except in the lobby and the bar."
"Only downside was the entrance hill path was full of potholes so leaving at night was tricky."
"For what it is, the price we paid for this place was not money well spent."
Location and Views
Pros:
"Just behind the hotel is a pathway to beautiful forest and Falls of Foyer - a must see when you are there!"
"Awesome views!!! This is probably one of my favourite pubs I've ever been to, it's so relaxing in there."

"Beautiful setting overlooking Loch Ness."
"The view from the bedroom window and the restaurant is breathtaking."
"Incredible views over Loch Ness."
"Firstly the location is just absolutely stunning, I couldn't get enough of the views."
Cons:
"It is about a 45 minute drive from Inverness and is not located on the lake."
"The Inn is down a steep track or up a steep hill from the caravan and camp site. The car park and entrance is all gravelled so these 2 factors make access tricky for anyone with mobility problems."
"The setting of the inn is perfect, with stunning views across Loch Ness."
"A superb Inn nestled in woodland with stunning open views over Loch Ness, which is just a short stroll down the hill."
"Amazing location, really lovely hotel with an incredible view and great beer."

"Possibly the friendliest staff I've ever come across."

Cons:
"Breakfast we was told would be 830... To be told it would be 9 as they got up late."
"You need to book a table for food, especially in the summer."
"Sadly there was a power cut in the village and so the main menu wasn’t available."
"The price was extremely over priced."
"Sadly didn't experience the food as no chef available."
"The food was mediocre. The lemon and orange syrup sponge definitely not home made and cost nearly £5!"
