"Massage started off well but the calming music was really annoying, it had voices on it telling you all about lush products."
"We did have a few hiccups along the way (one of the therapists had called out sick so we had to rebook two of our treatments with someone else and alter one of the sessions and the fire alarm went off shortening two of our treatments)."
