• "The only reason I didn't give full stars is due to the call I made prior to setting off. I asked where the nearest place to park would be and the lady who answered the phone didn't know."

Firstly, this was not an easy process, and got 5 emails confirming me of different times and beauticians, then on the day I got two text messages confirming my appointment at two different times! They need a better system than this."
