Shopping Experience

Pros:

• "Disappointing experience visited to purchase a tv from john Lewis where i was promised it was in stock after ringing to check prior to the 80 mile round trip only to find id had a completely wasted trip."

• "Would have given it 5* if the ladies toilets were better one of the doors wouldn't close and toilet wouldn't flush."
