"I was a bit nervous about getting hearing aids but Ian explained everything and made me feel very comfortable with the idea. After a hearing test we agreed on the type of aid I would go for. Unfortunately, I couldn't get used to them and after a couple of appointments with Ian suggesting different ways to get round my problem I decided they weren't for me."
"Ian came to visit my Mum at the care home at short notice and to fit in with my visit. He was so patient and empathetic with her, skilfully removing wax and adjusting her hearing aid to ensure Mum was able to hear perfectly. In the process Mum (who is blind) thought she was just having a chat with a very nice young(!) man."
