• "I asked if they do NHS discount, to which they said yes they do a 25% discount for NHS however, when I happened to show them a valid blue light card and my ID card over the phone they said they would only accept a physical card for discounts which doesn’t make sense as bluelight card is offical card for discounts for NHS staff and who would be carrying around their NHS ID card when they are on a holiday or day out!!!"
