  • "Shocking service. I went in go get my wheels balanced today which they were happy to assist me with. Then 5 minutes later someone came to me and told me that my back tyre that had been replaced by Arnold Clark afew months before I may add was shaped like a 50p coin which I knew straight away that he was having me on and just trying to get me to buy a new wheel from them. So I told them all 3 of them that I wasnt having any of it and they were having me on. So I went across the road to ATS and I told them what kwiK fit had said. So after they balanced my wheels they comfirmed what I already knew that nothing was wrong with my tyre at. I would never ever Recommend you to anyone. ALSO YOU SHOULDNT EVEN HAVE THAT ONE STAR."

  • "Not much help had a noise on my front wheel which I thought was wheel nuts loose and didn't want to end up stranded although not far fromhome . Told them this an engineer drove the car round the block came back and said couldn't hear anything at all . So I got in as I drove away straight away I herd the noise for sure when I got home I asked a friend next-door but one to look at the wheel nuts as a bit hard for me to do being disabled with back problems and after 3 minutes he said run it round block no noise then and since. I think its probably because they thought I couldn't pay for anything that they could charge me for but if I went back and asked for a brake check bet I'd end up needing to pay loads out won't use kwikfit ever even in an emergency my wheel could have come of on the rest of my way home ."

  • "Second visit in 2 days. I feel that on the first visit the tyres weren't looked at hard enough as the day after we had a tyre blow out on the M55. The very Same tyre that Kwik Fit we’re supposed to have checked. This could hav had disastrous consequences."
  • "Took my little van here to get a fix they fixed the main problem how ever for the first time since me having the van and I've had it a few years now it wouldn't turn over I was convinced they knocked something like a cable on the starter motor they told me there was no way that could of happened and said if the problem carries on then take it back and pay another Β£60 for someone to have a look, the new tyres they said I needed and to be fair I did one of them has popped within a week of having them put on it, I wouldn't recommend this place on Preston new road maybe others are better not sure ive been put off Kwik Fit now especially when they said it might work it might not I'm a sort of person who needs to know a definite answer especially when it comes too a mechanical vechile."
  • "I came in for the 2nd time in 9 months and both times I had a screw in the tyre and needed a repair and ironically both times I had to buy a new tyre. When you don’t have spare tyre’s anymore once you have removed the tyre it can’t be replaced therefore I can’t try to seek a quote from anyone else for a new tyre & end up paying for a tyre without choice."
  • "Phoned and booked for 11.30 after waiting for 7 minutes behind a delivery driver staff coming and going finally asked what we wanted told would be 1/2 an hour 1 hour later car still not moved asked what was happening told it would be 1/2 an hour asked for keys as wife had to get back to lytham for work."

  • "The service i recently received was ok, i am very puzzled why i was charged Β£144 for an oil sensor that can be bought for as little as Β£16. After viewing tutorials online, changing an oil filter can be done in minutes. I will be doing it my self in future."

A few months later I get a warning light and take it to my local a garage to be told the engine oil has not been filled and is empty as well as the air filter box is broken which has cost me a lot of money and I am not happy with the service Kwik fit provided. Cannot wait to hear back from them."
