I told the cleaners prior booking and on the day to clean the exhaust fan from the outside which they said they would do, they later told my dad they cannot do this but then cleaned some of it."

Later when I saw they didn’t touch any of the windows in the house, front of the drawers or cupboards weren’t wiped, skirting boards not cleaned properly and after telling them 5/6 times to dust the walls to remove the cobwebs this wasn’t done."
