• "If you are a Motorhome and have booked a grass plot rather than hard standing you need to be aware that after rain the grass in some areas becomes very very soft."

Facilities

• "Love Filey and used to love this Caravan site but over priced and run down and I must add that the old lass in reception is one if the most miserable and moaning person I have ever met."

Value for Money

Pros:

• "The price was extremely cheap considering it’s a 5 minute walk to Filey centre and the facilities on site are pretty decent."

• "This site has its benefits for sure, but it's not for us and at £33 pn with 10amp EHU, I find it somewhat overpriced."

• "Keycard entry to the toilets is a bit of a faff but does keep everything more secure."

• "Zero security, right next to a huge open public carpark."
• "It is quite open, with public footpaths adjacent to the site and nothing to stop anyone entering from any direction."
• "The site is wide open for thieves with no fencing or gates, minimal cctv coverage and no wardens."
• "The doors to the shower rooms were continually propped open didn’t feel very safe."
• "Barrier never went down so no security, anyone could drive in."
