Shopping Experience

Pros:

• "Always a great place to look around. Many different shops of all kinds to look around."
• "Eldon Square is a good place for shopping and food and a general hang out."

• "I dont really like closed in shops bad lighting loads of escalators."

• "Fenwicks food hall is my favorite place to expand my waist line."

Cons:

• "Disappointing. Expected a really good greek meal but food was lukewarm and served like a high tea on cake stands."
• "The food shops are quite expensive I thought but if your having a day out here be prepared with your wallet."

• "It’s got just about everything you need there’s lifts available if you're unable to use the escalator plus there’s plenty of toilets."
• "With accessibility for all, and a well kept and clean environment, it's suitable and safe for most."

• "It is very easily accessible due to being centre of the high street, which is easy to find via Metro, bus or train."

Cons:

• "The toilets though, man, they have the worst, most unusual smell."
• "Unlike previous years the toilets are disgusting... Unpleasant, unclean, revolting."
• "Public toilets aren't very clean tbh and they also close them a lot earlier than town and Ellon Square actually doses."
• "The only reason I am giving such a low rating for Eldon square is the appalling smell in the gents toilets on the first floor above Starbucks Coffee as it almost made me want to heave, stale smell of urine and the place felt really grubby and dirty."
• "I really disliked the Eldon Square carpark though as it uses an unfamiliar CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT system."
• "Toilets should stay open till the last bus leaves the bus station it’s shocking how they shut them."
• "However as a disabled gender non-conforming individual I did have an issue with the disabled toilets which are only accessible via radar key or calling customer services."
