"On our way to the Sandfield, Whitby site our motorhome broke down and was completely out of action. I informed the site reception straight away that we were unable to travel and asked if we could arrange another date to visit in the future. The answer was NO."

"Should have had a 4 night stay here but storm Babet hit so couldn't tow the caravan. Asked whether we could move our booking to either later this year or very start of next to be told no and that we would have to lose our money."
