• "From initial check in the Management team of Andy, Kate & Charlotte passionately led their entire team in providing us exemplary customer service, nothing was too much trouble, there was always a smile & a can do attitude from all."

• "Used to be great but the recent refurbishment was a disaster. There used to be disabled access to the dining room with a ramp to the left of the fireplace. This has been blocked."
